Great Taste and it works!
Amazing, for the price I was expecting the usual herbal tea taste which I have to force myself to drink but surprising this tasted wonderfull better than earl grey and it worked in reducing bloat, lovely.

Expensive Senna substitute
Masquerading as a slimming aid / teatox is this 'colon cleanser' which contains senna as a laxative, the idea being that going to the toilet like a maniac prevents food from digesting and in this way keeps you slimmer. Messing around with your digestive system is not a great idea, it can leave you dehydrated and ruin your skin complexion, it also appears to interfere with contraceptives. While Senna can be taken occasionally when constipated, a regular 14 day or more intake of senna is bad. Senna costs£2.20 in Tesco, so £11.99 for this product is way too expensive. Just my opinion, any goodness from its herbal infusion is lost by the unhealthy effects of prolonged senna intake
