Prompt and impeccable, although Austrian shipping is a bit higher than DHL; in any case the item (Leica TL standard lugs) is as new and came much cheaper than buying from Wetzlar, so in the end I saved some $$. Conclusion, I will buy from Boris again any time; highly recommended.
