So glad this seller has a return policy. My windows are not standard, so I needed to return my original purchase and try again with a smaller size. Easy to install and able to make it work this time with a few mods to accommodate our weird windows. My cats will love it when the catio is built and they can enter and exit through this window insert with pet door.
