No response to queries during that time, only responded after escalation to ebay.
Once escalated, item was received with described condition in safe packaging.
Colour of product was grey instead of black requested, but that is acceptable and so will not bother trying to correct.
5 stars if they had improved communication by replying to my first status query and advising they had to switch colour.
