Items were packaged really well. Shipping and response time was delayed. Waited 4 days after label was created, before item was actually shipped. When I inquired about when the item would be shipped, he responded a day later. Well packaged in big box, with paper to stuff to prevent sliding and bubble wrapped each figure individually.
