Unfortunately the item was lost in transit. But, the seller gave good communication, and refunded payment when it was obvious that the item would not arrive.

Can’t believe neutral feedback it wasn’t my fault Royal Mail lost the item and I did everything possible to track it including 2 hours on phone to Royal Mail three times then left out of pocket after refunding straight away
