Item condition as described, however, seller stated in the description thay they would do their best to clean off pet hairs on the item to the best of their ability. Upon opening the item it was clearly evident that no such efforts were made. Item was full of pet hairs. Dud to me living with people that have allergies, it would have been nice if the seller would have out effort to dust off the item before shipping

I apologize for the inconvenience. Before shipping it out I had used several hair removal products and removed what could come off. Short of submerging it in water, which I did not do since that would damage the plush. Once again I apologize for this incident, if a message could be sent ahead of time with your concerns I may have been able to resolved it a little better by finding some additional hair removal items.
