Seller cancels and refunds 12 days after payment saying item lost in flood. Never got response to 2 offers before buying. Terrible experience and communication.

We told you we were traveling and when we returned to ship your item we noticed that item was damaged from a flood we had in our store. I didn't want to ship the puck to you that was damaged, and with that being said, this is why we canceled the transaction and refunded your payment immediately. What else do you want from us. We are honest sellers and take pride in our Ebay Store. Im sorry if we let you down by any means.
