The item was listed by saying it would be well packaged however when I received it the item was broken and it parts with clear faults in the packaging of the product. Seen as the it was bubble wrapped but their was plenty of room for the item to move about therefore, resulting in many breakages of the model.

I offered the buyer an apology and the option of a full refund or a partial refund and did not get a reply to my messages.
