I try to pack my items as carefully as I can to reach the Buyer unharmed. Unfortunately, once it leaves my destination it's out of my control. I'm so sorry that the plate was broken when you received it. I thought the fairest thing to do would be to refund part of your purchase price. Thank you again. I hope we can do business at another time.
