Great little tablet, it's preloaded with win 10, to unlock win 10 without password Google factory reset win 10 without password and you will find a reset tutorial. Just plug in a usb keyboard and hold shift key down while restarting and then follow on screen prompts after restart to factory reset. Battery on the one I got is shot though. So expect to have to purchase a new battery. You can find new open box ones on ebay for 20.00 bin free ship. Just search the battery model number on ebay.

One of them was glued shut another was missing the fan and it's housing. I messaged them and have received no response for almost a week. Most of them were missing the screws that hold the case together
