I sent an email asking not to send the vinyl in its sleeve during transport, but there was no reply and the vinyl tore the sleeve !
And I sent an e-mail to the reception, still no answer !!!!

Firstly the buyer's request was seen AFTER the item had been handed over for delivery, and his message on receipt of the item was in the form of a statement..."That's why I asked you not to send the vinyl in its sleeve - here's the result!" How does one reply to that? All of my feedback prior to this suggests that my method of packaging is more than adequate, with records being sent around the world, and received without any damage to them. It was sent via the eBay Global Shipping Program.
