I reached out about late item because there were no tracking updates beyond the label being created. I said I still wanted the item. Seller instead refunded but did not communicate otherwise.

The item was lost by the USPS, something they're exceptionally good at these days. Full refund was provided at my expense, which appears to be grounds for critique in 2024 where buyers can be flippant about courier issues that sellers have absolutely zero control over once they no longer have custody of a parcel. Next time, I'll go cause a scene at the post office to remind them that the world revolves around eBay buyers who merit special attention. I'm sure their response will be insightful. 🙄

The whoop device I receive is not working at all. Charged its battery completely until green as instructed and attempted to charge the watch, however, it does not turn on at all. I would appreciate having a refund on my money.

Just what eBay needs, another zero feedback user with something valuable to contribute. Device tested perfectly fine and if it hadn't, it would have been in the trash rather than listed secondhand. Have literally sold on here for 25 years without issue and the first zero that comes along also happens to be the first one to stir the pot. Shocker, it must be a complete coincidence, what else is new...
