Item bought was defective. Returned for a refund which I did receive. However, I had to open an eBay case to do so as seller wasn’t going to cooperate. After eBay decided in my favor that it did not meet their customer guarantee, seller sends me a message stating I lied to eBay to get a refund. Seller is difficult to deal with, the worst seller I have had business with and I’ve been on eBay since 2005. I would not waste my time and money doing business with them!

This item was not defective. It was a new in box Japanese Import toy that you bought as a child's present and then didn't like the purchase. Item returned was incomplete, and the item was not defective as I took photos and video to prove once it was returned.You did lie. I now have a opened item that is incomplete and can't be resold, that was sold to you new in box.You opened a return based on a false claim. Everything in my listing was accurate and the item was not damaged in shipment.
