The item arrived on 11 April, but I soon discovered that it was incomplete. I contacted the seller. Toby Mitchell-Wood responded saying that he would send replacements. After 3 weeks I contacted him again. No reply. I tried again a week later. Toby apologised for the delay and said I could expect the parts "in the next couple of days". Nothing. So I sent a further message just over a week later. No reply. A further request for the parts from me at the beginning of June. Zilch. Sad.

After looking into this, there were no 'missing parts'. The Bersham kit is produced on nibbed sheets - the parts are attached to the sheets and its virtually impossible for any parts to be missing. This is another case of an expensive kit being won at £4 and then the buyer causing issues.
