I cannot fault the product, It's brilliant. However, the delivery was another thing, I was informed twice of delivery & twice stayed at home. To be let down both times. you see these items are not in London as stated theyre not even in the UK, and if the seller had been honest I would never have ordered from them,I only buy from the Uk, as for the exact reason of what did happen, delivery was late, the seller told ebay that my order was in UK awaiting delivery when in fact it was stuck in Dubai,

The sofa cover is lovely, fits well and nice colour and quality. I was confused that the postage took so long and it is because it is from China. This seller is not in the UK. I would buy again from this seller but will factor in postage time.

I contacted the seller to specifically ask if they could make cotton velvet covers and they agreed. They created a special listing link with a higher price than the original ad for polyester velvet. I then received polyester velvet and not a hint of apology or return option. Refunded me a small amount. Also given false tracking IDs including another customer's Fedex ID representing a data privacy breach. Were very unpleasant to deal with so cannot recommend.

I bought this for when my daughter comes at the end of July. Its the perfect changing bag, it arrived quickly and it was a great price. Thank you I'm over the moon with it.
