I’m sure why the previous buyer left such a negative review. My order had an issue with the earring posts being too thick; the seller was very attentive and helpful. Seller refunded me right away, also offered to make new earrings and gave me excellent service. Thank you!

This seller sent me a FAKE stone! He wrote in description it is a natural Rhodalite Garnet. It is not a garnet it is glass. I requested a refund and he refused to refund me. He is scamming his customers. I have tried to work out a compromise with him so he would only refund me half my money but he has not even done that!
This seller is not to be trusted and his store should be removed from EBay!
