This customer is the biggest RUDE, liar & crook on eBay. I shipped the item next day and It was a domestic post mail inside Canada. So s/he sure got it, but wants a refund. Instead of asking politely, s/he used the F... word & company with middle fingers every where in the messages. Despite that, I answered on all the emails politely and refunded her/he. Instead, I received a negative review & a final email with insults only. S/he needs a lot of prayers or a 5 years subscription with a shrink.
