Item never arrived and tracking said it was never shipped. It was Supposed to arrive on 4/13 and on 4/24 I reached out to the seller. I was issued a refund. That was nice, but it would have been nicer if I had received the item.

Item was shipped and customer did receive tracking information. I am not responsible for items once I ship them. Buyer received a full refund, no questions asked. Leaving a negative rating after receiving a full refund on a lost item is cruel and undermines Ebay sellers.
