I strive to give the best customer service there is.
The items I sell are never made to look better than they do when they arrive by adjusting settings on my camera or doing minor repairs . I do reuse shipping boxes (why not). My favorite thing about eBay is getting the Feedback from customers. I do charge for shipping but the price of the item I’m shipping reflects the cost of what other people are shipping for free in the end it’s usually the same price at the end of the transaction
