Purchased item over a month ago, was assured via ebay message that it would arrive on time by seller (which was a whole month later). Now, its not received and I reported so. The refund was issued but no explanation provided. Seriously disappointing because it was a baby book for our child due next week and now we don't have it or the ability to replace it in time.
