The item has not been delivered. I have explained to the seller that the tracking shows the parcel has been delivered to Camborne Exeter which is 340 miles away from my delivery address. Instead of looking into it for me as requested they have asked me stupid questions like has someone accepted the delivery for me or am I sure it’s not been delivered? I have even sent the tracking status to the seller showing the delivery location as Camborne. Poor communication and probably no refund.
