Seller skimped on packaging, apparently sent hard goods in manilla envelope with no padding, wrapping, extra tape, etc and it was damaged in transit which caused 3 of the 4 items to be lost. Seller then ignored refund request, so ebay had to step in and issue refund. Odd as seller had good previous feedback. Not sure what happened.
