The item was not even close to what was in the pictures,it was very nasty looking,also was missing a eye,it looked like it had been used,the box was very badly damaged, even though they said no returns, i thought they might step up and help me, but they didn't, so i turned it over to ebay, they do have a money back guarantee, but even after dealing with them,I'm out almost 4 hundred bucks
