The delivery was prompt and the package arrived in good shape. But I ordered a fountain pen with a FINE nib. Instead they sent me one with EXTRA FINE. I complained and they didn't respond. After a time they answered and offered a partial refund, which I agreed upon. But they never paid back. So I wrote them - and still got no answer.
