Yes the item was exactly as described. I was very pleased to receive a telephone call 24 hours after completing my purchase to discuss delivery. The gentleman that phoned wanted to make sure I would have someone on hand to help me, as the treadmill would be heavy. He forewarned me that the driver of the delivery company was not obligated to be helpful and often weren’t!

Item condition not anywhere New (other), rather used with scuffs and deep scratches all around missing one screw as well. Received it in 10 working days rather than 5 advertised. And the seller communication arogant and finding excuses for everything I said.

Hi Victor - the machine you received did have a few marks and scuffs but this was clearly stated in the listing. There were no deep scratches so this is unfair. We have offered to come and collect the machine and issue a full refund if you aren't happy? We have also tried contacting you by phone to resolve this amicably but we got not answer and have had no return of call. If you would still like us to collect this then please let us know
