Ordered batteries for a very low price that I am unaccustomed to and was provided with quality batteries. I contacted the seller to inform them that one of the batteries did not function properly and I was informed that it was most likely due to the manufacturing company defect. Seller offered to send me additional batteries and when I indicated it was not necessary I was provided with a full refund. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Great communication. They stand by their reputation. AWESOME SELLER!!!
