After talking with the seller and USPs it was determined that USPS was at fault with packaging and late shipment of item. Seller was willing to do what it took to rectify the situation even though it wasn’t their fault. I appreciate the follow up they had with me after my initial feedback and can say they went above and beyond to try and make things right. Not the smoothest transaction but overall am satisfied. Thank you again!

Don’t not buy item !!!! The charging case doesn’t not work. One AirPod was charged and the other one was not. And now I am charging the AirPods and one AirPod is fully charged and the other one is still at 79%. Shipping was delayed. I wouldn’t recommend this item at all for anyone. Please do not buy.
