Eat This not That ! paperback book
This is a great book if you are concerned about your weight and health. Very helpful. This book is lightweight so that it fits into your purse for easy travel. If you can just save fat or calories on one item it is well worth the price.

A great book !!
Highly recommended book. This book is a must have for any engineer's library at work or at home. The hardback book is easy to understand and has lots of valuable information . The size is compact and easy to carry and store in a briefcase , desk etc.
