Was part of a four item multi-buy. Never arrived. Zero help from seller. Never responded to emails. Wonder if that’s why they aren’t on Amazon anymore…. Perhaps Amazon didn’t want such people on their platform. Does eBay a disservice. Avoid.

Ordered a multi pack for my 85 year old mum: 2x grey, 1x pink, 1x beige (having previously order grey ones for her at Christmas via a seller with the same name off Amazon - not available anymore).
Waited 3 weeks for them to arrive - nothing.
Messaged the seller - did not receive response.
Before opening a case with eBay, messaged the seller again to give chance to resolve - nothing, not even an acknowledgment.
Now eBay are involved to get refunded.
DO NOT USE this seller.
