Ordered cake topper but arrived broken, sent a pic and was told they'd send another out on the following Monday. Nothing came for 2 weeks so sent them another message..they apologised and said they'd sent straight away...now a month later still nothing and the weddings a week today! 🤬

Not so sure
Normally I would use polystyrene boxes for mugs but these were cheaper, first batch of mugs I sent out with these I had two broken. I don’t get broken mugs in poly boxes
