Contacted seller asking for full refund as product was awful. Delayed feedback pending sellers response. Heard nothing and received no refund. Reported to eBay. Don’t bother!

Feel like this is completely unfair and untrue. The buyer sent a message whilst I was away for 7 days, which was clearly listed in my ebay shop. I did not get back to them quick enough and they deemed this a good reason to both leave negative feedback and report me! The item in question has always been sold as a reproduction of an expensive Audi item, that has been designed for function and strength to prevent the need for replacement. Please read the description properly in the future!
