This seller sent a completely different item than the one I ordered. It was an important Christmas present, which I explained ahead of time. When I contacted them with the picture of the (wrong) item sent, they; 1) Did not apologize. 2) Told me they would not send me the correct item. 3) Sent me a refund without resolving my issue. I would NOT use this seller- ever! By the way, I ordered a FRIENDS mug, and got this:

mistakes do happen, but we resolved the issue immediately with a full refund, and explained we no longer have the type of mug he ordered.
