Would not refund my payment after we agreed to cancel a purchase. I never picked up the item and it’s still in his possession with my payment.

Dear buyer, you purchased the item and then asked numerous questions. Following that, you requested a cancellation, to which I agreed. However, in the meantime, you submitted a claim, which locked the process on my end, leaving me unable to do anything except wait for eBay's decision, which favored you. Despite this, you left negative feedback. I did nothing but my best to answer your questions and fulfill all your requests. I'd appreciate it if you remove this negative feedback.
