Very impressed with the execution on this order. The product was exactly as described. I cannot believe 48 pieces of crystal was shipped from France to the US without ANY damage.

The tray arrived bent with the glass inserts broken. I contacted the seller with pictures and asked for a full refund. The seller offered a partial refund if I paid to ship it back. I then had to contact Ebay to obtain a full refund. Ebay did make it right, thankfully. I wish the seller had been willing to do the same.

We understand your concern but the tracking says that USPS tried to deliver the object on the 18th of Dec but "no authorized recipient was available" "The customer is notified, the item is available for collection" on the 23rd of Dec "Reminder to Schedule Redelivery of your item" On the 12th of Jan "Unclaimed/Being Returned to Sender" As soon as we recieve it we will let you know and reexpedite it.
