Nice simple little bracket.
I like the black color of the pcb. The small profile allowed it to clear the hard drive in a Silverstone GD06 case, making it a perfect canidate for the top standalone pci slot. Comes with a shot cable which can be a pro or con depending on where you want to install it. Came with a screw for it, always a plus in case you misplace the screws that came with your case. Asus is kind enough to provide headers for SPDIF on some motherboards for older high end equipment.

Good value, but might be a fire hazard.
This pins on the sata connector are loose crimped connectors. This is good as a temporary solution, but worse case it my cause a short. I will be purchasing a different cable. You get what you pay for, it works.
