Seller charged $28 for shipping which was only $14 on a $45 item after stating before I bought that shipping would be less and that she would refund the overcharge after I received the item but she later refuses stinking she was charged by ebay for the shipping, pretending she doesnt understand that she will get a credit for the fees after she refunds the overcharge. Not a good seller if she doesn't understand the basics of ebay. Item was not worth what I paid. Poor condition as well.
