First time I ordered a printer from them, I waited for 2 weeks to get it. Never showed up. Finally their customer service person was like 'we didn't have that one in stock so we couldn't send it.' (Okay, so why the hell did you keep my money and not refund me? I had to call ebay support to get a refund!) Second order, printer arrives, I spend 2 hours putting it together, SD card reader does not work, has the wrong firmware installed, tried printing, fried my laptop. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Item arrived fast in original box, It is missing a couple of things but no Biggy I have plenty of ender parts, Bought this for a corexy conversion so all i really needed was frame and motors. For the price it was a bargain and I am pleased with it. Will purchase from again, Overall and easy smooth process.

The product was advertised to show up within a week but didn't even get shipped until the latest delivery date was past. Then the 3d printer came without one of the knobs that levels the build plate. When I asked about getting one they said no problem just give us the model#. I gave it as a gift so don't have that information . (they sold it to me, how do they not know??) Bad experience!
