Received the wrong helmet. Wrong size and wrong style. I contacted extreme helmets immediately. They informed me the helmet was drop shipped from the manufacturer. Extreme helmets also told me that the helmet looked used and wasn't a helmet they sell. That being said it was drop shipped from the manufacturer not extreme helmet. Mistakes happen everyday. Extreme helmets got extremely snippy via email so I decided to contact the manufacturer instead.

I saw the photo on your return request. I do not recognize that model and it appears to have scuffing on it.
Could you please attach a photo of the back of the helmet to show what model that is. Also, the product box showing the part number sticker?
Also, are you requesting to return it for a refund or replacement?
