I am in contact with the seller. I love this product, but this latest delivery was unacceptable because the seal is missing and the texture was different. I'm afraid to use on my face.

I responded to this buyer. She would send back the product and I would refund her money. This item was purchased at a local department store. The seal she is talking about is a plastic disk that sits on the opening of the jar. Sometimes that disk sticks to the lid. There is no seal on the jar. I asked her if she put her finger in it if she did there was no need to send it back it was not sellable. I've been selling on E-bay since 1998 and have never had a bad feedback.
