Siamo una piccola azienda a conduzione familiare con sede in Galles con oltre 30 anni di esperienza combinata nel settore del design e dell'arredamento. Ogni articolo in vendita a tre porcellini. Il Galles è stato selezionato a mano da noi con una forte influenza del design della metà del secolo e scandinavo. Lavoriamo con fabbriche e fornitori che producono mobili etici e sostenibili realizzati a mano da artigiani altamente qualificati utilizzando tecniche tradizionali. Item exactly as described/photographed. There was a delay in the item being despatched because of supply issues but the seller was prompt in letting me know & responsive in providing updates. Would recommend.

Item was not delivered on time. I was told the item was still on a ship, even though it showed as in stock for fast delivery. Seller was rude and uncompromising.

This feedback is by no means a true reflection. I was neither rude or uncompromising. Unfortunately the buyer was not understanding of the current Global situation that is causing huge delays on imported goods. The situation was out of my hands and an alternate solution was provided immediately. Buyer demanded a discount and delivery date which was unachievable and therefore I had no choice but to cancel the order which obviously has upset the buyer and resulted in this negative feedback.
