Unfortunately this telescopic tepui latter has severe QC issues. It's dangerous & cannot be used. I don't recommend this seller.

Shoot the messenger, I'm trying to understand why I was given a negative review for someone else's product ? I didn't make the product but you want to hurt me for selling it. How am I responsible for the quality control issues for a ladder that Thule makes? I'm just trying to wrap my head around why you want to hurt me and my ability to make a little bit of extra money to pay my bills by telling people you don't recommend buying from me. Is this personal ? did I personally harm you in any way?
