If the wrench is the wrong size that is not my fault. I sent the exact item that was shown. If you did not know the correct wrench size how is that my fault? You did not try and contact me or ask a question. You just wanted to be mean because you didn’t know what you were ordering. I don’t appreciate the negative feedback.

The item was damaged in two places: a plastic hinge piece broken off the apple face, and the plastic piece on the bottom of the apple broken such that the bank cannot be closed up to hold the coins.

This buyer did not respond to my correspondence in regard to filling out a claim with the Post Office. This is EBay policy, instead, they decided to ignore me and give me negative feedback. If you review my record I go above and beyond to take care of customers. I do not appreciate this
