La Royal Flint Abrasives Company è iniziata, in parte, come risultato di un continuo interesse per le regioni montuose della geografia canadese occidentale e in parte a causa di un interesse per i tipi di composizioni minerali che producono pietre di affilatura naturali. Dalla selezione di prodotti finiti, ci sono una varietà di pietre e pietre d'acqua adatte per l'uso con olio minerale e/o soluzione di levigatura solubile in acqua.

Il nostro obiettivo a RFACo. è per produrre fieli di qualità ben classificati da risorse sostenibili qui nella loro regione di origine, nonché per promuovere le qualità e l'uso della pietra da affilatura naturale, nonché per elaborare il tema generale dell'affilatura, quando e se possibile.

The object is exactly as per thw pictures. Unfortunately notwithstanding the perfect and really protective packaging the stone arrived broken. Hopefully I will be able to use as a smaller one

Great stone. Ridiculously under priced. I bid on it since I'd been meaning to try out this and other stones from Royal Flint Abrasives. It's harder and finer than their medium grit Persia stone. It should readily replace my 12K synthetic. Came with a matching nagura stone, but I find it also slurries effectively with the softer Kuro Nagura stone. The stone arrived well flatted, well packed and was shipped promptly.

The quality and size of the stone exceeded my expectations. I used it in replacement of my Naniwa 5K professional stone. I've used it to establish a bevel when honing vintage straight razors as well as a finishing stone for Japanese carbon steel knives. As a finisher for knives it leaves a nice clean edge. The hardness and speed allow me to go directly from an 800 or 1K stone. Dimensions were precisely as described and it was very well packed and shipped promptly.

The quality of the stone exceeded my expectations. I used it as a finishing stone for a straight razor last night and it gave an excellent shave. As sharp as my Shapton 16K but smoother with less post shave irritation, but I haven't got it as smooth as my Zulu Grey stone (potentially maybe with some further practice on it). Dimensions were precisely as described and it was very well packed and shipped promptly.
