Item was not in new condition and the points were bent. But I contacted the seller and they immediately refunded the item price and the shipping and said I didn't even have to send them back. Excellent communication and easy to work with I'm very satisfied Thank you!

Great seller! Excellent transaction! The item was well packaged and it was perfectly as described. It was a rare setup of a zoom microscope having a very high quality digital camera instead of a microscope head. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a high quality power supply to power the unit even though the listing or the photos didn’t say that it would come with one. I like that level of care from the seller. I won’t hesitate buying from this seller again. Thanks!
