The items was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in a bubble wrap envelope and the item was wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the item is shipment. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend this seller to anyone looking to create their own pullip doll. They eye mechanism works just as described on the box. I've included photos of my pullip doll completely built and I put her on a temporary barbie outfit and barbie tennis shoes to not show the doll nude.
