Paint was opened, dried up and unusable. Contacted seller several times trying to find a solution. His solution was “shake it up “. I would never buy from this seller again.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The 'Blackest Black' paint requires shaking before use for optimal results, as mentioned in the instructions. Regrettably, there seems to have been a misunderstanding in our communication. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused and would have gladly offered a refund had the item been returned as you said you would in our corrispondence. Its a shame this valuable paint was thrown. I value your feedback and strive for customer satisfaction. Have a happy day.
