Hello, this camera is not new as listed. This is a used camera with defects. The dome cover ground screw is broken off into the base. The set screws are missing,night vision blinks off and on. And the camera model is not the same as listed. I have 7 cameras of the correct model. The one you sent is not same and has less ir's around the lens. You should not list as new. I am an installer of this item. What do you want to do? Contacted seller.. no reply.

I tried twice to contact the seller . the last time was on the 10th of August. I restated my concern from the first message that there was no operating manual available with it or on line. Secondly the leds on the camera did not work. I have bought quite a few items on e bay and never had a seller not respond to me.
