Purchased but never delivered. I opened a complaint with Ebay after which I was contacted by the seller asking me to close the case and they would expedite the shipping. I replied I would close the case when I received the item or the refund. Ebay issued the refund when their investigation showed no evidence the item was shipped.

Hi, we notified you multiple times before canceling your order. We did not cancel it without reason; we informed you about the status and waited for your approval. Typically, we wait 24 hours for a response, but in this case, we extended it to a week. Since we did not receive an update from you, we had to proceed with the cancellation. I respect your comments, but please read your messages in the future to avoid such issues. Thank you!
