See the messages between the seller and I as I tried to return an item immediately after opening the package because it was not what I wanted. The seller tried to get me to keep it offering a partial refund that I was not willing to accept. The seller asked me to send extra photos which I complied. Now the seller has received the tracking receipt and still refuse to refund my money. Please all correspondent messages ss I requested above before contacting me.

Long delivery time - 2 months, which is a long time for a phone. Of these two months, 1.5 months the phone lay in a warehouse in the recipient’s country and was not delivered, Most likely this was done due to low-cost delivery. The phone does not have its original packaging. The color of the phone case does not match the order, ordered blue, arrived black.

I am going to have my bank dispute the charges. Do not buy. The phone does not work on apps that will not open on Rooted phones. The seller has decided that I am going to get a particle refund because they want me to keep the phone. I do not want the phone and am sending it back with my bank involved.
